Chicken Broth




Ingredients:
Chicken bones
2 chopped onions
2 chopped carrots
2 chopped celery ribs
1/2 cup of chicken broth or water
2 cups of water

Directions:

Place carrots, onions and celery in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the chicken bones on top. Pour chicken broth on top and cook on LOW 8 or 9 hours.

Remove chicken bones from crock pot. Strain stock and skim the fat off the top. Mix stock with water for use.
