Crock Pot Ham
Ingredients
6 lbs of cooked ham
1 tbsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of cloves
1/2 tsp of dried mustard
1/2 cup of currant jelly
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
Directions:
Place ham in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. Remove cooked ham and pour off juice and remove rind. Proceed to score ham and stud with cloves. In a small saucepan melt current jelly with remaining ingredients. Return ham to crock pot and spoon sauce over ham. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20-30 minutes. Baste with sauce at least once more during this time.
