Self-Frosting Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup of a chocolate fudge cake mix 3/4 cup of luke-warm water 3 tbsp of oil 2 eggs 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup 1/4 cup of warm water 3 tbsp of sugar
Directions: In a seperate bowl, combine chocolate fudge cake mix, 3/4 cup of luke-warm water, oil and eggs. Beat with a hand held mixer of 2 minutes. Coat crock pot with non-stick cooking spray and flour. Pour mixture inside. Sprinkle walnuts on top. In a seperate bowl, blend together chocolate syrup, sugar & warm water. Spoon over batter. Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.
