Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour 3/4 cup of sugar 3/4 tsp of baking powder 1/3 cup of milk 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 1/2 tsp of vanilla 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1 cup of boiling water Directions:
In a seperate bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar and baking powder. Add milk, oil and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Finally, mix in peanut butter. Pour mixture into crockpot and spread evenly. In the same mixing bowl, stir together the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar and cocoa. Gradually stir in boiling water. Pour this mixture over batter in crockpot. DO NOT STIR. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours. Make sure when toothpick is inserted it comes out clean.
