Crock Pot Hot Caramel Apples
Ingredients:
4 large cored tart apples 1/2 cuof apple juice 8 tbsp of brown sugar 12 red-hot candies 4 tbsp of butter or margarine 8 caramels 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon whipped cream - optional
Directions: Peel 3/4 inch off the top of each apple and place into crock pot. Pour apple juice over apples. Fill center of each apple with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 red-hot candies, 1 tbsp of butter and 2 caramels. Sprinkle the top of apples with cinnamon. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Serve immediately with whipped cream.
