Buffet Beef in Beer






Ingredients:
1 can of beer
1 package of onion soup mix
1 package of brown gravy mix
3 lbs round steak cut into 1-inch cubes
1/3 of a cup flour

Directions:

In your slow cooker mix well the beer, the onion soup mix and the brown gravy mix. Dredge steak completely in flour to coat. Place steak and any excess flour into slow cooker. Gently stir to coat meat with liquid. Cover and cook on LOW for about 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
