The Best Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 pounds of stewing beef cut into 1-inch pieces 1 package of onion soup mix 1/2 cup of red wine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup of tapioca 1 can of whole mushrooms Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker while stirring together to mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-12 hours OR 4-6 hours on HIGH. Serve over your choice of noodles or rice.
