Delicious Onion Pot Roast
Ingredients: 3 lbs of lean beef pot roast, trim off any fat 1 package of onion soup mix 3 tbs of flour in 3 tbs of water, mixed into a paste. Directions:
Sprinkle onion soup into the bottom of the crock pot. Add pot roast. Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 10 hours or 5 hours on HIGH. Pour accumulated juices into a saucepan and skim off fat. Add flour-water mixture/paste to the accumulated juices and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over sliced pot roast.
